Business Owner to Pay $65,461 in Premium Fraud Case

Texas Mutual Insurance Co. reported Tuesday that an Arp business owner has pleaded guilty in a workers’ compensation premium fraud case and been ordered to pay $61,461 restitution to the carrier and a $4,000 fine.A Travis County district court judge also ordered Jerry Don Calicutt, owner of Zipco Services, to serve 18 months’ probation and perform 100 hours of community service, Texas Mutual said in a press release.ZIPCO Services is an oil and gas contractor located in Kilgore.
