State Fund Makes Verifying Policies Easier With QR Codes

The New York State Insurance Fund on Friday announced that it has started adding so-called dynamic QR (quick response) codes to its certificates of insurance This new feature will allow a contractor’s or business’s policy to be scanned using a mobile phone QR code reader to check its validity instantly, according to the state fund.
