The Alaska Workers' Compensation Division published guidelines for employers to complete 2011 annual reporting requirements, determine Second Injury Fund contributions and calculate Workers' Safety and Compensation Administration Account fees.Alaska Statute 23.30.155 requires each insurer or adjuster file a report providing all compensation paid during the previous year with the Workers' Compensation Board.
