After eight years as chairman of the New York Workers' Compensation Alliance, well-known and outspoken claimants' attorney Robert Grey is stepping down.
The alliance this month elected two new co-chairs, Louis Dauerer of Poughkeepsie, and William Crossett of Syracuse. Both have been active in the New York claimants' bar and in the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group, a national organization planning to launch a multi-state legal challenge to legislation that has reduced benefits for workers.
