The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation will make another pass at adjusting maximum fees for medical providers in a rules proposal that will be discussed during a workshop to be held in Tallahassee on Aug. 24.
The division gave notice in Friday’s Florida Administrative Register that it is proposing amendments to Rule 69L-7.020, the Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual, and 69L-7.100, the Ambulatory Surgery Centers Reimbursement Manual.
