The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has fined a Union, N.J., electrical contractor for exposing workers to electrical hazards at a work site in Fort Lee, N.J.OSHA said in a news release it has proposed $41,580 in fines against Bender Enterprises for repeat violations at the Fort Lee work site. Inspectors began an investigation in June after a worker was injured while servicing an electrical panel.The citations allege the company failed to protect workers from contact with live electrical parts, failed to provide eye and face protection from electrical arcs and flying objects...
