Commonwealth Court Clarifies When Police Officer's Injury Became 'Permanent'

The Commonwealth Court on Friday ruled that a former police officer, who was honorably discharged after suffering a disabling knee injury while in the line of duty, qualified for a disability pension under a change in the law that took place six years after he was hurt.
