A former employee of a Northern California beer distributing company was sentenced to 60 days in jail and ordered to pay $4,000 in restitution and fines last week after he pleaded no contest to a felony insurance fraud charge, the Placer County District Attorney's Office announced last week.Dylan Demoss, 22, of Sacramento, said he injured his knee in November 2006 carrying beer into an Auburn, Calif. supermarket while working as a merchandiser for Mussetter Distributing Inc., prosecutors said.
