Formulary Committee Schedules Jan. 23 Meeting

The committee created to advise the California Division of Workers’ Compensation about possible changes to the prescription drug formulary will meet Jan. 23 in Oakland. Members will continue a discussion that started at the inaugural meeting of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee in September about adding unique product identifiers to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule drug list.
