CopperPoint Names Brad Lontz Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

CopperPoint Insurance Cos. named Brad Lontz senior vice president and chief information officer.

He will oversee daily information technology operations for CopperPoint’s family of insurance companies, including CopperPoint, Pacific Compensation Insurance Co. and Alaska National Insurance Co.

Lontz comes to CopperPoint from the California Dental Association, where he worked as CIO. Before that, he was chief information officer for Nautilus Insurance. He also spent eight years at Liberty Mutual Insurance Co.

He has also served as vice president of the Arizona chapter of the Society of Information Management.

Lontz earned a bachelor’s degree in computer and electrical engineering from Purdue University. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.
