Kathleen Roe Joins Rawlings Law Firm as Partner

Kathleen Roe has joined the law firm of Rawlings, Ellwanger, Mohrhauser, Nelson & Roe LLP in Sioux City, Iowa, as a partner, the Sioux City Journal reported.

Roe’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation and civil litigation. Her work includes advising clients on employment law, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, personal injury, contract disputes, construction disputes, wrongful death, mold litigation, subrogation, products liability, work injuries, workers’ compensation, bad faith and insurance.

Roe was previously an attorney at Hellige, Frey & Roe, also in the Sioux City area, for about 19 years. She received a law degree from Creighton University.
