DWC Terminates QME Status of Chiropractor Following Plea Agreement

The California Division of Workers' Compensation terminated the qualified medical evaluator status of San Diego chiropractor Steven Rigler, who pleaded guilty to federal charges relating to an alleged kickback scheme in the city.
