Two Southern California physicians have been punished by the Medical Board of California, including one who gave patients prescription drugs without labels or any instructions.
Patrick Francis Brennen of Hesperia was suspended for 60 days and with five years of probation, the Riverside Press-Enterprise reported Monday.
