The Florida Three-Member Panel, which oversees the state workers' compensation system, will meet in Tallahassee on April 20 to discuss reimbursement manuals for health care providers, ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals, among other issues.
State lawmakers last month approved Senate Bill 1402, which ratifies regulations adopted by the Division of Workers' Compensation last July to update the Health Care Reimbursement Manual. The bill was on Gov. Rick Scott's desk on Tuesday and must be signed into law or vetoed by Saturday, according to the governor's website.
