The Florida House voted 77-35 on Friday to approve a bill that would abolish the Statewide Nominating Commission for Judges of Compensation Claims (SNCJCC) and transfer its responsibilities to the nomination panel for the Florida First District Court of Appeal.House Bill 971, sponsored by Rep.
