Claimant Failed to Prove Special Circumstances to Restrict IME

The State of Louisiana Court of Appeal, Third Circuit found that the employee failed to prove "special circumstances" existed to justify the placement of restrictions on the independent medical examinations. In Henry v. Barlow, No. 06-283, 08/09/2006, Randy James Henry was involved in a Nov. 26, 2000, accident in which he suffered electrical burns to his head and feet.
