Rating Schedule and Predesignation Bills Moving

California Senate President Don Perata has found a new vehicle for legislation he promised to "fix" the Permanent Disability Rating Schedule, although sources in the Capitol say California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has privately told legislative leaders that he will veto the measure.
