Court Upholds Dismissal of Worker's Claim of Fraud by Employer's TPA

An Ohio appellate court last week upheld the dismissal of a worker’s suit alleging that the claims administrator for his self-insured employer committed fraud to secure a termination of benefits. Keith McCloud had worked as a professional truck driver. He suffered injuries in a car accident when a motorist crossed the center line on a road and collided with his truck head-on.
