WCD Posts Industry Notice Regarding Supplemental Disability Benefits

Oregon’s Workers’ Compensation Division posted an industry notice reminding carriers and self-insured employers about their responsibility to send a request for verifiable documentation to workers seeking supplemental disability benefits.
