OR WCD Increases Mileage Rate

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division (WCD) announced that Bulletin 112, "Reimbursement of related service costs to injured workers" has been published, changing the mileage reimbursement rate. Effective January 1, 2005, the private vehicle mileage rate is increased to 40.5 cents per mile. This is the only change per the OR WCD bulletin.
