The Texas Workers' Compensation Commission has released its Report on Legislative Recommendations to the 79th Legislature, dated November 23, 2004, making recommendations for sweeping changes in the way medical treatment is provided to injured workers, along with other changes the Commission believes will assist in more timely, and proper provision of benefits to injured workers.
