Ohio Chiro Admits to Work Comp Fraud

Ohio chiropractor, Vincent Denittis, may not be going to jail for admitting he defrauded insurance companies of nearly $26,000, but he may be facing disciplinary hearings before the Ohio State Board of Chiropractors.Last Friday, Denittis was ordered by Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Norbert Nadel to pay restitution totaling $25,954 to the defrauded insurance companies.
