Calif. Employers Must Post Injury Summaries

California employers were reminded this week that a summary of last year's job-related injuries and illnesses needs to be posted in their place of business through April 30. The summary is to be detailed on Cal-OSHA Form 310A. It must be posted in a location where all employees can read it. The California Department of Industrial Relations requires the summary be posted from Feb. 1 through the end of April.
