New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has vetoed legislation that would have allowed injured workers to be treated by acupuncturists and established a system for authorization of acupuncturists by the New York State Workers' Compensation Board.On Sept. 27, Cuomo vetoed Assembly 5940, filed by Assemblyman Harry Bronson, D-Rochester.
