A firefighter's exposure to asbestos in the course of his employment resulted in compensable pulmonary disability and colon cancer, the Superior Court of New Jersey's Appellate Division ruled in Larsen v. City of East Orange, A-6209-04T2, 2/13/2007. Claimant Kenneth Larson was employed as an East Orange firefighter 31 years.
