The Supreme Court of Tennessee, Special Workers' Compensation Appeals Panel, ruled that a nurse who was able to return to work in a modified capacity after her industrial injury was not permanently and totally disabled, and that her permanent partial disability benefits were properly capped at one and one-half times her medical-impairment rating.Case: Cawthorn v.
