Accused Drug Dealer Draws New Charge of Comp Fraud

An Arcade, N.Y., worker accused of dealing drugs is facing a new charge alleging he failed to report the proceeds to the New York State Insurance Fund.The Daily News, of Wyoming County, N.Y., reported Thursday that Richard Westley, 29, was arrested in March 2009 by the Wyoming County Drug Task Force on charges that he sold drugs in Arcade. The Sheriff's Office told the newspaper that Westley was collecting benefits from the New York State Insurance Fund at the same time he was selling drugs.
