The Montana Workers’ Compensation Court adopted two new rules relating to pretrial identification of witnesses and exhibits, withdrawal of attorney, and amended 21 rules, according to a notice posted online Monday.
The rules were drafted after input from a court committee as part of a regular internal review. The changes touch on most elements of judicial proceedings before the bar, including petitions for trial, petitions for attorney fees, service and filing, filing motions and objections, and the format of documents submitted to the courts.
