Anonymous Tip Leads to Guilty Plea of Fraud

An Oberlin, Ohio, man pled guilty on Feb. 13 to one felony count of workers' compensation fraud, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) announced. Marcus Cann was also charged with one count of domestic violence and intimidation. Sentencing is scheduled for March 12 in the Lorain County Common Pleas Court.
