Gas Equipment Manufacturer, Labor Broker Receive $120,000 in OSHA Fines

An oil and gas equipment manufacturer, and its labor broker, received about $120,000 in combined OSHA fines after failing to label hazardous chemicals or properly dispose of contaminated material, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Austin area office announced. Exterran Energy Solutions LP received two repeat, 23 serious and four other violations, and an $111,000 penalty.
