New Orange County DA Married to Local PJ

Presumptive Orange County District Attorney-elect Todd Spitzer happens to be married to the presiding judge for the California Division of Workers’ Compensation’s district office in Anaheim. Spitzer currently has 53.3% of the votes cast Nov. 6, while his opponent, incumbent Tony Rackauckas, has 46.7%, according to information from the Orange County Registrar of Voters.
