Commission Orders Now Contain Electronic Signatures

The Industrial Commission on Thursday began issuing workers’ compensation opinions, awards, and tort claim decisions and orders by using electronic signatures. The move is an “effort to modernize commission filings and institute more efficient internal practices,” the agency said on its website.
