Court Upholds Award for Second of 2 Alleged Accidents, Denies Claim for Additional TTD

The Arkansas Court of Appeals upheld an award of benefits to a worker for the second of his two alleged on-the-job injuries but denied his claim for additional temporary total disability compensation. Case: Wall Farms v. Hulsey, No. CV-17-206, 11/15/2017, published. Facts: Jeff Hulsey allegedly injured his back in April 2014 while working for Wall Farms. At the time, Wall had comp coverage with the Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. Hulsey did not seek medical treatment until May 19, 2014. He went to see a chiropractor who indicted he had hypolordosis.
