DWC Hopes to Improve Communication Between Carriers and Workers

The Division of Workers’ Compensation has finalized revisions to plain language notices and created new forms it says will improve communication between insurers and injured workers. The notices, which can be found here, provide consistency in language and formatting, and emphasize plain language on both the English and Spanish versions of the forms, the agency said in a memorandum to stakeholders.
