The North Carolina Industrial Commission has formed a clerk's office to simplify the filing of documents and appointed attorney Emily Baucom to head the new office.
Creation of the office comes in conjunction with adoption of rules, effective Monday, that require forms to be filed using the commission's electronic document filing portal, which were published in Monday in the North Carolina Register.
