AIA Urges 6th Circuit to Dismiss Suit Similar to Cassens

The American Insurance Association filed an amicus brief urging the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals to uphold the dismissal of a racketeering suit that is related to the Cassens Transport case. The American Insurance Association implored the 6th Circuit to dismiss Jackson v.
