IME Fees and Conversion Factors Updated

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has adopted exempt permanent rules that update independent medical examination fees and workers’ compensation conversion factors. Subparagraph 4.X was added to Minnesota Administrative Rules 5219.0500, Independent Medical Examination Fees, to adjust the fees upward by 0.2%, effective Oct. 1, according to Monday’s edition of the Minnesota State Register.
