Bureau Publishes Final Draft of Drug Formulary and Treatment Guidelines

Tennessee will have a drug formulary and medical treatment guidelines in place by the end of February if all goes smoothly and the new rules are approved by a legislative committee. The state's Bureau of Workers' Compensation published the final draft of its new regulations in Monday's Administrative Register. The bureau made some changes in response to suggestions from the public since publishing its first draft in August.
