Lawmaker Eyes Switch to ALJ to Reduce Case Backlog

Concerns about a case backlog may prompt legislation in Guam to use an administrative law judge rather than a Workers’ Compensation Commission, according to a news report. The backlog of seven cases isn’t a huge number, but some of the cases are “very complicated,” Guam Department of Labor Director David Dell’Isola told the Guam Daily Post. Sen.
