York Risk Services Group announced Wednesday that its Alternative Risk Solutions division has acquired the assets and assumed the contracts of California-based Great Western Administrators. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. York, based in Parsippany, N.J., provides claims-handling, specialized loss adjusting and other risk management services.
