Workers' Comp Commission Adopts Fee Reimbursement Amendments

The Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission announced Monday that it has adopted amendments to the Guide of Medical and Surgical Fees, effective Sept. 8.The amendments affect Regulation .03 under COMAR 14.09.03 in the guide, which calculates the maximum allowable reimbursement for medical fees.
