The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued 11 citations with fines totaling $173,000 to Quality Roofing Systems of West Haven, Conn., for alleged failure to supply fall protection for its employees and other alleged hazards at a Farmington, Conn., work site.The roofing contractor received a total of 11 willful and serious citations following an OSHA inspection begun July 17 at the company’s 1690 New Britain Ave. work site.
