Court Upholds Damages Award to Injured Apartment Manager

A California appellate court upheld an award of damages to an apartment manager against the complex's owner for injuries from an altercation with a trespasser. Case: Rolfes v. Mei, No. B266929, 12/01/2016, unpublished. Facts: Ronald Mei owned a 33-unit apartment complex in Hollywood, California.
