Kissimmee Man Charged with Working as Fake Occ. Therapist

A federal grand jury in Orlando last week indicted a Kissimmee, Fla., man for using a stolen identify to practice as a licensed occupational therapist.U.S. Attorney Robert E. O'Neill said in a press release that James Lewis, 44, was indicted on three counts of mail fraud, five counts of wire fraud and one count of aggravated identify theft.According to the indictment, Lewis fraudulently obtained a temporary occupational therapist license from the Florida Department of Health in March 2009 by using a fake name, Social Security number and fabricated education credentials.Prosecutors said Lew...
