Opioid Task Force Meeting Today

The North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Opioid Task Force is holding its sixth meeting today in Raleigh. The commission formed the task force in February to identify solutions for problems of workers’ compensation claimants abusing opioids. Members of the task force have been discussing efforts to implement a prescription drug formulary in North Carolina.
