The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation is accepting public comments on changes to a range of rules, including those regarding health care providers, the drug formulary and reimbursement for opioid-based medication.
The bureau is required to review its regulations every five years, and it has completed the first part of Administrative Code Chapters 4123-6, the BWC said in a bulletin.
