CDI Extends Comment Period on WCIRB Regulatory Filing

The California Department of Insurance opened a 15-day comment period to get additional input on changes to the definition of “medical-only claims” that the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau recommended in July. The department will also accept additional comments on some proposed changes to industrial classifications in the rating bureau’s 2017 regulatory filing.
