The Montana Department of Labor and Industry has adopted revisions to its workers’ compensation fee schedules that will increase maximum fees, from 0.9% to 2%, effective July 1.
The department made two minor revisions to the rules as proposed on March 30 in response to users' comments. It rewrote a paragraph regarding the appropriate use of Current Procedural Terminology codes 98940 to 98943 and deleted a typo that made the base rate in the Facility Fee Schedule to appear as a negative number.
