Tri-Athlete and Chiro Busted on Work Comp Fraud

An investigation by the Kings County District Attorney's Insurance Fraud Unit and the California Department of Insurance (CDI) Criminal Investigations Branch's Fraud Division lead to the arrest of two suspects for workers' compensation fraud. On June 26, 2002, chiropractor Griffin Benjamin Bailey, Jr. was arrested and booked into the Kings County Jail on a $50,000 arrest warrant issued by the Kings County Superior Court.
