1st DCA Accepts Petition for Review in Stevens Case

The California 1st District Court of Appeal has accepted an appeal by the State Compensation Insurance Fund that challenges the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board's authority to void provisions of the state’s medical treatment guidelines that conflict with other areas of the law.
